

Lindsay Sterling is a food writer who began her career cooking under legendary chefs Jeremiah Tower (Stars, San Francisco) and Sam Hayward (Fore Street, Portland, Maine).
Her writing has appeared in The New York Times and several trade and general interest magazines. She often writes about the intersection between nature and food. She is a graduate of Middlebury College's creative writing program and has continued her studies at the Napa Valley Writer�s Workshop and the Vermont Studio Center. She is a contributing writer for Flavor & The Menu Magazine and columnist for Maine Food & Lifestyle and The Portland Phoenix.
Her latest project is Inside Immigrant Kitchens, featuring immigrants' favorite recipes from their homelands.
